Delete your account inside the app

If you still have access to your Kick'n Up Kountry app account, you can delete your account directly inside the app.

1. Open the Kick'n Up Kountry app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to Account Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Request account deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us.

Please include the email address associated with your Kick'n Up Kountry app account so we can locate and verify the correct account.

What account deletion removes

Deleting your account removes app data tied to your account, including:

• Your app account and profile information
• Your public profile
• Friendships, friend requests, and blocked user records
• Badges and check-ins connected to your account
• Festival Moments uploads connected to your account
• Device notification tokens connected to your account

Data we may retain

Some limited information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, operational, or recordkeeping purposes. Any retained information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Processing time

In-app account deletion begins immediately after confirmation. Email-based deletion requests may require verification before processing and will be handled as soon as reasonably possible.
