Hello Everyone,

Sadly, we must let you know that Ron Fellman, age 17 from Grafton, ND passed away Friday, December 5, 2009 in Rochester at St. Mary’s Hospital. Ron was one of the Hopes Dreams and Smiles children that attended the Kick’n Up Kountry Music Festival last year in Thief River Falls. He was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia. He had a clean bill of health, his bone marrow transplant was doing great, and his future was looking bright. Unfortunately, His immune system was still so suppressed that he could not fight anymore.

David and Susan (Ron’s dad and mom) expressed that were very grateful for the special day they had at KUK. They want everyone to know just how much it meant for Ron and the family to be invited to KUK. Ron’s dad said that Ron talked about it all of the time, and it was wonderful to see Ron smiling and enjoying himself again.

All of us have to work harder than ever to raise the funds for these kids. Our mission should be to bring hopes, dreams, and smiles to these children simply because it works! Because of your contributions we were able to give Ron and his family memories that will last them a lifetime.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Ron and his family members.

David, Diane & Brittany Wells

Neumann Racing

Race for Life In 2009

My name is Greg Neumann, and, along with my wife Kellie, we started Neumann

Racing in 2000, which is located in Niagara ND. Our son Michael, is also involved with

the team as well as Pat McMahon, known to us as Metalman. An important member of

the team is my spiritual overseer my dad.

We run the #63 street stock. We are a low budget team with a competitive spirit,

but we also what to keep it fun. We also uphold a high standard of sportsmanship. In this

sport you have your highs as well as your lows. We enjoy meeting new race teams and

provide help when needed. At the end of night meeting with the fans make the night

complete.

In 2008 we had two home tracks. River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks and

Devils Lake Speedway in Doyon .. For the 2009 we will be running River Cities on

Friday and with the closing of Devils Lake we will be running Jamestown or Greenbush

on Saturday. Also Bemidji Speedway as a limited schedule for streets on Sunday.

With the 2009 season in full swing Neumann Racing is proud to announce that

we have a theme for the season. RACE FOR LIFE IN 2009. The reason for this theme is

for the fight against cancer and other life threatening illnesses. In 2002 my wife lost her

Dad to cancer. In 2006 we lost a very important member of our team to cancer, my dad.

Over the past 7 years we have lost family members as well as friends to cancer. We’ve

also have had family as well as friends beat their fight against cancer.

For the 2009 season we have brought on board Dave and Diane Wells, members

of Hope, Dreams and Smiles Foundation. This is a non-profit organization located in

Northwestern Minnesota. This foundation is geared towards kids with life threatening

illnesses. For the 2009 season we will be racing for the foundation. With the help of our

corporate sponsors and private sponsors we hope to achieve a goal. Through t-shirt sales

all proceeds with go to the foundation. As the driver of the #63 I have decided this isn’t

enough. So for every lap I turn in the 2009 season I will be donating $1.00 per lap.

Neumann Racing is looking for elite sponsors to come on board with us. As far

as we know there is no other race team in the state doing this. This will be a great way to

advertise showing you have joined in the fight. As said before the Hope, Dreams and

Smile Foundation is geared towards kids. Wouldn’t it be great as a team to give them

HOPE, fill a kid’s DREAM and especially see them SMILE.

Become a member with Neumann Racing to help us fill our dream so we can

make some dreams come true and see them smile.

Thanks

Neumann Racing
